Legacy Matters Podcast 88: Pete Sieve of MEAL Magazine

Pete Sieve, founder and Editor-in-Chief of the recently launched MEAL Magazine, is a man of many talents. Perhaps best known as a member of Rogue Valley with Chris Koza, Pete has dabbled in furniture and home design, along with a career in the food industry. A long-time food writer, Pete parlayed his love into creation of the new MEAL Magazine. A collaborative effort with a host of contributing writers, chefs, and artists, Pete and his team have elevated “magazine” to a true art form. Magazines should not be mere throw-away, disposable items, but endure as a cool coffee table book. One to be read years down the road, and still seem fresh and relevant. Creating and publishing a magazine is a bit of a throw-back these days - and not an easy one. We talk the hurdles along the way, but also the creative joy. Thank you, Pete, for sharing your story with us and for making such a creative contribution to our community!
