Michael Swanson, owner of Far North Spirits, joins us in the studio to talk about following a passion and revitalization for a small northern Minnesotan community along the way. He and his wife Cheri are the driving force behind Far North Spirits, makers of premium, heritage spirits inspired by Minnesota’s character and agricultural abundance. A couple dozen miles from the Canadian border, they are one of only a handful of estate distilleries nation-wide to also grow their own grains.
