Legacy Matters Episode 52: Venus DeMars

Singer, songwriter, trailblazer and founder of the band All the Pretty Horses, Venus DeMars joined the Legacy Matters crew to talk music, life and legacy. Authentic, real and endearing, Venus has forged a successful path ahead despite many challenges. Her life story will soon be chronicled in an upcoming memoire, “Trouble”, a work-in-progress glam-punk, trans-rock love story. We thoroughly enjoyed our chat, spanning some of our least favorite “household” creatures to shaping an identity in the ever-evolving music scene. She is definitely a force to be reckoned with, emanating a natural warmth and charisma already so infectious on stage. We can’t wait to see what she comes up with next, and look forward to her as return guest.
